She was predeceased by: her husband Philip. She is survived by: her daughters, Alexandria, Anna Siria and Alissa; her grandchildren, Amelia, Olivia Slippy, Omar Clerkin and Sophia Ortiz; her great grandchild Annalisa Clerkin; her sons-in-law, Gary (Alexandria) and James (Anna Siria); her sisters, Gigliola and Maria Siria; and her cousin Paola. She is also survived by numerous relatives and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Anna's favorite charity, St. Anthony's Dining Room in San Francisco.
