He is survived by: his brothers, Martin and Willie; his cousin Ralph; his wife Loretta of C's Chinese New Year Bazaar; his son Alexander (Alex); his cousins, Joyce and Judy; his nieces and nephews, Thomas, George, Herman, Gregory, Steven, Andrew, Tony, Merilyn, Gwendolyn, Rosalyn, Evelyn, Ga Po, Maxine and Mable; Charles and Thomas. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews and grand-nieces.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Buddha's Universal Church (720 Washington St, San Francisco, CA 94108). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1000 El Camino Real, Colma, CA 94014).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Buddha's Universal Church, the Chinese Hospital Association, or the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation.
