It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stevan Balian (Colma, California), born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on October 15, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty; his wife Laura; his children, Ginger (Ofilio) and Stevie (Ashika); his grandsons, Ofilio, Broderick and Dominic; his brother Robert (Annamarie); his brother-in-law Dominic (Lucia); his nieces and nephews, Nicole, Nicky, Christina and Angela; and his cousins, Doris (Jim), Laura and Joan.
