He was predeceased by: his parents, Shu Chan and Jing Chan. He is survived by: his wife Carla; his children, Gina, Liane and Jacob; his grandchildren, Ali, Maryam and Ahmed; and his sisters, Margaret Wong and Gemma Chan.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Woodlawn Memorial Park (1000 El Camino Real, Colma, CA 94014).
