He was predeceased by : his parents, Marciano Garcia and Silvina (Padilla); his brothers, Charlie, Salvador, Alfred (Fred), Daniel (David) and Manuel (Nick); and his stepsiblings, Esperanza Gutierrez (Hope), Eddie Gutierrez and Henry Gutierrez.

He is survived by : his wife Toni; his daughters, Marcella Townsend and Stephanie Rose (Jim); his grandchildren, Jessica, Wade, Michelle, Morgan and McKenna; and his great grandchildren, Nataniel, Cadin, Jada, Eleanor and Sofia.
