He is survived by : his wife State Representative Michelle DuBois; his mother Marjorie Swinson of Concord, CA; and his siblings, Jennifer Wilenken (Richard), Maryann Schlemmer (David) and Paul Swinson (Adela). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
