He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonio Tosta Fraga (Emilia Coelho Fraga) and Azores; his wife Betty Walz; his children, Judd Fraga (Kim) and Gloriann Sasser (Gregory); his grandchildren, Caleb, Owen Sasser, Gabe (Casey), Will (Raeanne), Clarence "Cal", Portia Sasser, Skyler Fraga and Kaela Jeffcoat; and his great grandchildren, Aster Sexton, Hazel Sasser, Landon, Cali and Ryder Jeffcoat.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (4000 Concord Blvd, Concord, CA 94519).
