He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Regan and Anna May Regan; his wife Beverly; his son Denis; and his siblings, Anna May and John.
He is survived by: his children, Sally Crain, Edward J Regan (Sandy), Robert J Regan (Carolyn), Marylou Descalso (George), Elizabeth J Regan-Gleffe (Bill), Rosemary Carpenello (Gerald), Timothy P Regan (Sara) and Tarie A Wolf (Terry); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Regan. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren.
A vigil service was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Diablo Valley Funeral Home (1390 Monument Blvd, Concord, CA 94520). A rosary was held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Mary's Church (2039 Mt Diablo Blvd, Walnut Creek, CA 94596). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Mary's Cemetery (4529 Howe St, Oakland, CA 94611).
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul at St. Mary Church Walnut Creek.
