He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Pace Albert; his children, Timothy Albert (Hyeran) and Ruth Meyer (Jackie Vaughn); his grandsons, Samuel Albert and James Albert; his brother Herb Albert; and his foster daughters, Eva, Dorothy and Ruth of Souza Guedes. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces.
