With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Peter Haley of Concord, California, who passed away on April 3, 2026 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Ellen; and his parents, Larry Haley and Lydia Haley. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Michael and Ashley; and his siblings, Dan (Selma), Matt (Diane), Neil (Carol), Jamie (Beth), Tim and Lydia Cole (Ron).
