He is survived by: his wife Shirley McKey; his children, Klenda Babin (Alan) and Lawrence "Tucky" McKey Jr.; his aunt Camille McKey (Uncle Pat); his brother Peter McKey Jr. (Ester); his sister-in-law Ruth McKey (Warren); his brother Richard McKey; his grandchildren, DeRon Carter, Princess McKey, Kyle Babin and Brianna Babin; his children, Marquinn Mitchell and Jonathan Ware; and his godchildren, Jordan Robinson, Ja'Shawn Taylor, Alana Merel, Tieler Merel and Ayana Ware. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
