He was predeceased by: his children, Alita Amanaki and Barry Filimoehala. He is survived by: his wife Seini Siu Amanaki; and his children, Brian, Tefini, Pensimani, Tevita, Paleiono, Aisea, Sosiua, Tekina Jr. and Sherell. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
