With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Germain (Concord, California), born in Ellicottville, New York, who passed away on January 5, 2019 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Harold and Gwen Germain; his wife Joyce Foussat Germain; his children, William Edward Germain Jr (Noyme Germain) and Gail Germain; his siblings, Robert Germain and Barbara Germain; his grandchildren, William Germain III, Timothy Germain, Brian Germain, Regina Ancheta, Amelia Nunez and William Nunez; his great grandchild Violet Boylen; his stepchildren, Christine Taylor (Tom Taylor, Melissa) and Robert Foussat (Krista Foussat); and his stepgrandchildren, Miranda Taylor, Avery Foussat, Zane Foussat, Cole Foussat and Tate Foussat.

Donations may be made in Bill's name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
