He is survived by: his wife Patricia Eileen Morehead (Morse); his son Michael David Morehead; his daughter-in-law Kelly; his grandchildren, Spencer Tate, Rhys Cooper and Teague Boone; his daughter Crista Lee Martin; his brother Terrence Duane Morehead; his granddaughter Patricia; Chad, Claire Elyse, Charles Heath and Margaret.
