He is survived by: his wife Donel C Bendixen; his children, Sarah Bendixen and Jacob Bendixen (Devin); his grandchildren, Anastasia Bendixen and Samuel Bendixen; and his siblings, Wayne Bendixen (Charleen), Gene Bendixen (Gail), Gary Bendixen (DeAnn), Paul Bendixen (Alison), James Bendixen (Angie) and Susan Resendez (Mario).

“To Tony's family, I am sadden to learn of Tony's passing. I knew Tony professionally through our work with the Navy's Program Office, Strategic Systems Programs. As evaluator team leader, he & his team evaluated several of the defense contractors for contracts I oversaw. I have nothing but the highest respect for both his professionalism and gentlemenship he always exhibited. Sorry for this delay in this message, but I retired in Dec 2019 and only recently learn of his death. Daniel Elins”
