He is survived by: his children, Bill McKernan (Sandie) of Victorville, Moira Garcia of Corona, Tim McKernan of Jurupa Valley and Mike McKernan; his brothers, Dan McKernan of Riverside and Ken McKernan of Norco; and his springer spaniels, Corky and Riley. He is also survived by 18 grandkids, and 19 great grandkids.
