He is survived by: his spouse Diane of Mount Pleasant; his brother Michael Ellsworth (Pat) of Corona, CA; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Miller (Prescott) of Mobile, AL, Terry Jorgensen (Marilyn) of Columbus, OH and Randy Jorgensen of Yankton.
