He is survived by: his wife Patricia Passalaqua of Checotah, OK; his children, Curtis Passalaqua (Mary) of Hanna, OK and DeAnna Orlando (John) of Chico, CA; his grandsons, Jack and Abe Passalaqua; and his siblings-in-law, Dave Jeffcoat (Denise) and Mary Jeffcoat.
