He was predeceased by: his parents, Betsy Ross Looney Weese and Kelis Elwood Weese; and his stepmother Lilly Bailey Weese. He is survived by: his wife Corine Lugo Weese of Covina, California; his children, Ernest Paul Cecena (William Leonard Kistler) of Palm Springs, California and Christine Celia Cecena Ontiveros (Fred Jose); his grandson Fred Jose; his uncle Elgee Weese (Madelyn); his aunt Barbara Jeane Baker; and his siblings, Victoria Weese Poe of Lewisburg, WV., Kathy Bailey Sampson (Vance) and David Bailey (Dawn).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White Sulphur Springs Chapel (175 Mountain Ave, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, July 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home (175 Mountain Ave, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986).
