He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver George Ruggles and Patsy Ruth Ruggles (Wolff); his wife Donna Lee Ruggles (Smith); his children, Emily Caitlin Ruggles and Oliver Joseph Ruggles; his siblings, Mickey Marie Fell (Ruggles) and Julie Ann Champion (Ruggles); his siblings' children, Heather Marie Butler (McCoy) and Ryan Patrick McCoy; and his close friend Greg.
