He was predeceased by: his father Fred; and his brother Michael Bernard Horowitz. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Horowitz; his children, Frederick Maxwell Horowitz and Anne Louise Horowitz; his mother Barbara Jean Horowitz; his sister Marjorie Beth Bonar; and his nephew David Alan Bonar.
