Ishizuka; his children, Thai Binh Etsuko Checel and Tadashi Nakamura; his brother Norman Nakamura; his grandchildren, Mina Loy Akira Checel, Gus Ishizuka Checel, Paulo Akira Sangalang (Prince) and Malaya Tomiko Sangalang Nakamura; and his daughters-in-law, Heather Wielgos and Cindy Sangalang.
