She is survived by: her siblings, Michael, Steven, David, Guo Shu, Guo Qing and Chize-Xing; her husband Thomas Yang; her children, Tony Yang and Annie Yang Khammaly; her son-in-law Aphidet Khammaly; and her grandchildren, Caiya Khammaly and Ryan Khammaly.
The family kindly requests that, instead of sending flowers, memorial donations be made to Chung Tai Zen Center of Sunnyvale in honor of Jane Yang (Chinese name).
