He is survived by: his girlfriend Blanca Carrillo; his children, Paula Innes, Mitch Jensen, Lisa Beffa, Ken Jensen, Carlos Carrillo, Javier Carrillo and Wally Jensen; his grandchildren, Christina Jensen, Tabitha Lafferty, Allen Innes, Alex Innes, Karina Innes, Kyle Jensen, Karie Jensen, Stephanie Jensen, Javier Carrillo Jr., Clarissa Chinchilla, Carlos A. Carrillo, Carlos J. Carrillo, Anthony Manuel, Ryan Jensen, Ashley Jensen, Roman Jensen and Aubrey Jensen; and his brothers, John and Dan Jensen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A rosary will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mission Dolores Basilica (3221 16th St, San Francisco, CA 94114). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Olivet Memorial Park Cemetery (1601 Hillside Blvd, Daly City, CA 94014).
