He is survived by: his children, Joan Mulkerrins (John), Lynda D'Angelo and Jack D'Angelo (Katie); his grandchildren, Megan, Michael Mulkerrins, Brooke and Jack D'Angelo IV; his sister Jacklyn D'Angelo Hanratty (Jim); his sister-in-law Elaine McCarthy; his nephew Jim Hanratty; and his nieces, Christine Rimer and Michelle McCarthy.
