He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecilio Bulatao and Leoncia "Lucy" Bulatao; his sister Merle Bulatao; and his pets, Akita and Simba.
He is survived by: his son Leon Bulatao; his daughters-in-law, Alane Bulatao and Marie Bulatao; his wife Ana Bulatao; his son Eric; his grandchildren, Logan, Elizabeth, Gabriel and Michael; his brothers, Jesse, Cecilio and Apollo; his mother-in-law Thelma; and his friends, Carlos, Angelo, Parvaneh, Flori, Thelma and Natalie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
