He is survived by: his wife Valentina Velez; his daughter Christina Velez; and his sisters, Amelita Domingo and Arma Meloch. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A rosary will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (756 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103).
