He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Duggan and Madeline Duggan. He is survived by: his sisters, Maureen Woods and Patricia Stanley; his wife Patricia Byrne Duggan; his children, Winifred Sullivan (Daniel), William Duggan, Maura Duggan and Caitlin Luiten (Anton); his grandchildren, Jackie, Sean, Olive, Rosie and Poppy; and his brother Dan Duggan (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Duggan's Serra Mortuary (500 Westlake Ave, Daly City, CA 94014). A rosary will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Brendan's Church (29 Rockaway Ave, San Francisco, CA 94127).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill's name to "The Bud and Madeline Duggan Family Scholarship Fund" at Archbishop Riordan High School, 175 Frida Kahlo Way, San Francisco, CA 94112.
