He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Lequeux; his children, Karen Lequeux Pfeifer, David Blayne Lequeux and Suzanne Lequeux Duyn; and his sisters, Diane Van Kempen, Lydia Dombrowski and Julie Ewald. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
