He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Naughtin Sr.; and his pets, Peso, Joey and Buddy. He is survived by: his significant other Denise Lacroix; his significant other's daughter Olivia Amsden; his mother Marilyn Naughtin (Wirth); his sisters, Lee Janny, Cathy Naughtin and Meg Bonello (Rocco); and his nephews, Sam Janny (Kati), Jake Janny (Siara) and Bruno Bonello.

In Ray's memory, the family kindly requests donations to the UCSF Foundation and the Brain Tumor Center.
