Bette Bachmann Tell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 94, Bette Bachmann Tell (Davis, California), born in Beach Haven, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Bachmann and Walter Bachmann (Cmdr); and her brother Walter Bachmann Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Lee Ann Hughes (John) and Lisa Tell (Don Preisler); her grandchildren, Tiara Chelsea Wright, Kailee Hughes, Alexander and Nicholas Preisler; her great grandchild Lydia; her niece Deb McComas (Steven McComas); her extended family, Chrissy Berry, Sharen, Scott Fretwell, Kay, Chuck Hervey and Arlene Billings; and also, Mike McComas and Dawn Preisler.
A reception was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the University Retirement Center (1515 Shasta Dr, Davis, CA 95616).
In lieu of flowers, Bette would be delighted and extremely appreciative (and Kelsi extends her gratitude too) for any donations made to Muttville Senior Dog Rescue in San Francisco, CA.
