He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowe and Carla Lowe; his brothers, John, Dennis and Gary Lowe; his nephew Scott Lowe; and his great-niece Chloe Grace Baku.
He is survived by: his wife Eve Lowe; his children, David B. Lowe (Alesia) and Pamela E. Dolan (John); his stepsons, Nicholas J. Terzich (Joyce) and Alexander M. Terzich (Leslie); his grandchildren, Annabel, Ariana, Kathleen, Lee, Ellis, Rhys and Aubrey; and his sibling's children, Carla Baku, Haley Lowe, April Lochrie and Daniel Lowe. He is also survived by ten great-nieces.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Episcopal Church of St. Martin (640 Hawthorn Ln, Davis, CA 95616).
