He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Sylvester and Gardener Tempro. He is survived by: his wife Roslyn Sylvester; his son Walter Sylvester (Christy Heaton); his nephew Leroy Heyward (late Mavis); his great-nieces, Simone Heyward and Stephanie Heyward; and his great-nephew Spencer Heyward (Jasneet). He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
