We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2023, at the age of 92, Rose Otterson of Davis, California, born in Sacramento, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Agnes McCoy and Walter McCoy; her siblings, Margaret, Fran, Jim and Mary; her husband Don Otterson; her children, Doreen Otterson, Carrie Nishikawa, Jim Otterson and Patty Filice; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kinnings (Kris), Mike Nishikawa (Vanessa), Doreen Filice Gabel (Alex) and Montina Filice; and her great grandchildren, Malia, Kaden Kinnings and Sam Gabel.
In lieu of flowers the family requests any donations be made to Rose Ann's favorite charity, Loaves and Fishes in Sacramento.
