William Leroy Green Obituary

We announce the death of William Leroy Green of Davis, California, who passed away on August 15, 2026, at the age of 76. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Paul Green and Edith Ophelia Jones; his stepson Michael Peart; and his siblings, Paul, Nancy and Sue.

He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Green of Davis; his children, Gwen Laurie Green (Aerin Gladish Sr.) and Joshua Steven Green (Katie Speck Green); his stepchildren, David Peart, Michelle Damante (Elmo Damante III), Lisa Peart-Velez (Carlos Velez III) and Laura Selover; and his grandchildren, Kayla Peart, Zoe Glynn-Green, Keelan Gladish, Alexandra Ryn Green and Adam Lee Green.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lutheran Church of the Incarnation in Davis.
