He is survived by: his wife Tess Johnson; his daughters, Nea and Elli; his adoptive daughter Yaz; his parents, Curt Johnson and Rosemary Johnson; his brothers, Sean and Jason Mullaney; his sister-in-law Allison Abbot; his nephew Odin; and his niece Maddox. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
