Douglas Allen Lefebvre Obituary
We bid farewell to Douglas Allen Lefebvre in Delano, California, born in Bemidji, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 21, 2025 at the age of 77. Douglas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie "Vern" Lefebvre and Adeline Lefebvre (Molacek). He is survived by: his wife Lois; his daughters, Kristine (Derk) and Lyndsey (Sean); his stepdaughter Rona (Stefan); his grandchildren, Gavin, Cleo, Etta, Mila and Riley; his great grandchildren, Clara and Elena; and his brothers, Robert (Mary) and Alan (Eileen). He is also survived by four nieces, eight great-nieces and nephews, and even a few great-great-nieces and nephew.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (435 Stoker Ave, Reno, NV 89503).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to any of the following charities, which were important to Doug, on his behalf: the Veterans Guest House, Tunnels to Towers Foundation, Tacoma Sea Scouts within the Youth Marine Foundation, Gary Sinise Foundation, the Domestic Violence Resource Center, or the Esophageal Cancer Action Network.
