He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Stebbins and Helen Stebbins. He is survived by: his wife Florence Louise Stebbins; and his children, Jamie L. Steele, Sherrie L Quinn, James W. Stebbins and David M. Stebbins.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Delano (707 Browning Rd, Delano, CA 93215). A committal service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery (30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, CA 93203).
