He is survived by: his wife Debbie Browning of Delhi; his daughter Rebecca Carrillo (Rick) of Turlock; his brothers, Steven Browning of Turlock and Scott Browning of Atwater; and his great grandchild Alisa Carrillo.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Allen Mortuary (247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380).
