She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Martin and Flossie Marguarite Hogue; and her husband Dale Allen Blackwell Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dale Blackwell Jr. (Cathy), Bill Blackwell (Tina), Paul Blackwell (Michelle), Charles Blackwell (Barbara) and Susan Looy (Tom). She is also survived by grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, along with many extended family members and dear friends.
