He was predeceased by: his wife Marsha; his brother Ronald Campbell; and his parents, Goodwin Campbell and Alice Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Campbell and Gail Mullikin (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Nicholas and Isabel. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
