He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Blair (Ron Crawford); his grandsons, Bill Blair and Robert Blair (Malissa); his great grandchildren, Ryan, Ravan (Bradley), Benjamin and Emily; his great great grandchild Bryleigh; his daughter-in-law Michele Blair; and his grandchildren, Jera, Hank and Melinda.
