It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Hines of Dixon, California, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Norman Hines. He is survived by : his mother Shirley Shultz Hines; his wife Edith Dominguez; his daughters, Olivia and Isabel; his sisters, Lisa Hines-Berg and Allison; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Berg, Ervey Dominguez and Guimar DeVaere. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at 8:00 PM at the Milton Carpenter Funeral Home (569 N 1st St, Dixon, CA 95620). A rosary was held on Friday, January 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1791 Marshall Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery (5810 Midway Rd, Dixon, CA 95620).
