She is survived by: her children, Rick Accardo (Darcie), Tony Accardo (Nicole), Sandra Costa (Helder) and Mike Mello; her grandchildren, Carissa, Justin, Nicolas, Neica, Kyle, Mark, Andrew, Alberto, Jacquelyn, Helder Jr. and Melissa; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Owen, Finn, Levi, Archer, Harmony, Larissa, Anessa and Kayden; and her siblings, Eany Azevedo, Glinda Souza, Bill Woodard, George Woodard and Dera Applegate.
