It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Rogers of El Cajon, California, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Sipin and Agnes Sipin; her daughter Theresa Rogers; and her husband Darrel Frazeur. She is survived by: her children, Marc Rogers, Becca Woodward (Bryan), Anthony Rogers and Donald Rogers (Monika); her siblings, Madeline Deeg (Carol), Ralph Sipin (Rosie), Robert Sipin (Rae) and Kathleen Lang (Bob); her grandchildren, Christina Cain (Josh), Abigail Rogers and Anthony M. Rogers, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Jared and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to Holy Trinity Church (405 Ballard Street, El Cajon, CA 92019).
