She is survived by: her parents, Sada Sitto and Kamil Slaiwa; her children, Omaar Awadich, Bashar Awadich, Hiba Awadich and Mary Awadich; and her siblings, Sabhan Slewa, Antsar Slewa, Han Slewa, Ekhlas Slewa, Asam Slewa and Aevin Slewa. She is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:25 AM at the St Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral (1627 Jamacha Way, El Cajon, CA 92019). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102).
