He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Lisk and Jesse Lisk (Mueller); and his sisters, Alyce and Wanda. He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his children, Becky and Kevin; his children-in-law, Rick Danielson Jr. and Tiffany Lynn Lisk (Zuehls); and his grandchildren, Joel Danielson (Tiffany), Megan Gibbon (Michael), John Lisk (Lily), Jordan Lisk and Bethany Lisk.
