He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leon Pike, Herb, Dolores Paro and Charlotte Davis; and his uncle Gary Pike.
He is survived by: his parents, Jack Bartlett and Anna Bartlett; his uncle Bill; his aunt Mickie Stewart; his sister Ashley Briscoe; and his brother-in-law Eldridge Briscoe (Lauren Nackoney). He is also survived by several other uncles, aunts, cousins, and a nephew.
Plants (Justin loved plants) and donations may be sent to 4369 Pomona Avenue, La Mesa CA 91942, and will also be accepted at the memorial.
