She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Khanou and Sarow Khanou. She is survived by : her sons, Jebrail, Namrood, Kaysar, Badran, Essam and Tony; and her grandchildren, Badria and Hana.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Michael Chaldean Catholic Church (799 E Washington Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020). A burial was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102). A reception was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palms Banquet Hall (143 E Main St, El Cajon, CA 92020).
