She is survived by: her husband John Worthy; her sister Myke; her son Charles Worthy (Paris); her brother Michael Hennessey (Jutta Hennessey Wenig) of Odessa, TX; her twin-sister Mary Angela Ayala (Myke) of San Diego, CA; her sister Elizabeth Ellen Hennessey of Sister Gertrude, CSN; her close friend James Coleman of El Cajon, CA.; and her nieces, Michelle Ayala of Pala, CA, Jennifer Hennessey Anderson of Englewood, CO and Jamie Hennessey of Portland, OR. She is also survived by six grand-nieces and grand-nephew.
